The processing of your personal data will be governed by this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy“) and any other policy that may replace it in the future. Any User who does not agree with the Privacy Policy or the Legal Notice should refrain from accessing, completing forms, or in any way using the Website.

2. Information collected on the Website
When visiting the Website, DVP SOLAR collects different information from Users who access, interact with, or enter their data in the contact form on the Website, which differs depending on their use of the Website (hereinafter, “Personal Data“).
Specifically, DVP SOLAR collects (i) the information provided by Users through the contact form (name, surname, email address, and anything included in the message); and (ii) Personal Data such as IP address, record of User visits to the Website, User interactions on the Website and its links, Cookies, and similar. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is not possible to ascertain the identity of Users from the Personal Data referred to in section (ii), unless they provide additional information through other means. Under no circumstances it is necessary for Users to provide sensitive information or data, such as ethnic or racial origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, data relating to health or data relating to sex life, sexual orientation, or data relating to criminal records.

DVP SOLAR uses the Personal Data of Users provided or collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy to provide, personalize, develop, and ultimately improve the experience and functionality of Users on the Website, as well as to respond to queries, requests, or applications made by Users through the contact form or the telephone numbers and email addresses included on the Website.
The Personal Data of Users that DVP SOLAR collects and uses for the above purposes will ultimately depend on each User’s use of the Website. In particular, DVP SOLAR will use Personal Data for the following purposes:

- DVP SOLAR and the following companies within its Group: DVP Solar Italy, S.r.l., DVP Solar Germany GmbH, and DVP Solar France S.a.S. - DVP SOLAR, to provide, personalize, develop, and ultimately improve the experience and functionality of Users on the Website.

DVP SOLAR will retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above. Once the purposes have been fulfilled, DVP SOLAR will retain the Personal Data, blocked, to the extent that liabilities may arise for DVP SOLAR or in any other way that is legally required.
DVP SOLAR collects, stores, and processes Users’ Personal Data on different servers within the European Economic Area. In any case, and in accordance with section 4 of this Privacy Policy, no international transfers of User´s data will be carried out to third countries for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision or, failing that, adequate safeguards have been provided by means of the appropriate instrument (standard contractual clauses).
6. Security of Users’ Personal Data
DVP SOLAR is concerned about the security and protection of its Users’ Personal Data and tries to prevent any security breaches that may occur.
To this end, DVP SOLAR adopts and applies the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal data and to prevent its loss, alteration, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the state of technology and the nature of the data stored. Likewise, DVP SOLAR periodically monitors its systems to detect possible vulnerabilities and attacks.
However, Users are aware that Internet security is not impregnable and that there is no guarantee that data cannot be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed if there is a breach in any of the security measures in place.
7. Exercise of Users’ rights
In accordance with applicable legislation, Users who have provided their Personal Data may request to exercise their rights of access to Personal Data, rectification or deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, portability of their data, as well as withdraw their consent, by sending written notification to proteccion.datos@dvpsolar.com. If necessary for the clear identification of the User, DVP SOLAR may request a copy of the User’s ID card, passport, or other valid identification document, when established by law. In any case, Users may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Users may withdraw their consent at any time, when this is the legal basis for the processing. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
In the event that Users provide personal data of third parties to DVP SOLAR, the User guarantees that they have informed them in advance of this, as well as of the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy, and is personally liable to DVP SOLAR for any damages and losses that may arise in the event of non-compliance.
Users undertake to notify any change or modification to the Personal Data they have provided. Any loss or damage caused to the Website, to DVP SOLAR, to any of the companies within its Group, or to any third party due to the communication of erroneous, inaccurate, or incomplete information, shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Users.
