The figures shown on this Website (total portfolio, estimated capacity (MWp) and production (MWh/ year), households supplied, annual CO2 reduction, job creation and expected investment) have been calculated only for informational purposes regarding the corporate activities of DVP Solar Group. They have been calculated considering projects at early, mid, and advanced stages of development, which executions are subject to permits, grid connection, financing, contracting, and other uncertainties.

These are ex ante estimates as of the date specified in each case. In particular, projects in early stages of development have been taken into account—those with an identified location, lands secured, for which a preliminary analysis has been conducted, and whose permits and grid connection are in an initial phase without critical milestones achieved—.

Some of these figures (total portfolio, annual CO2 reduction) may differ from those reported by DVP Solar Group´s controlling entity for regulatory compliance purposes (e.g., SFDR disclosures). The difference arises primarily from the population of projects included in the calculation and not from a different calculation methodology, as DVP Solar Group´s controlling entity applies more restrictive criteria with respect to the degree of development of the projects considered (projects in mid and advanced stages of development).

• Estimated annual CO2 reduction: When the estimated annual CO2 reduction (t/CO2/year) is presented, these are estimated avoided emissions (not the Company’s direct or indirect emissions) and are calculated based on an expected electricity generation scenario and benchmark-based grid emission factors reflecting country-level grid emission intensities. These estimates are intended to illustrate the potential environmental impact of the projects and do not represent verified or actual emissions reductions.
• Households supply: The estimated number of households supplied with clean energy has been calculated based on an average consumption assumption per household. It does not imply physical supply to specific households.
• Jobs creation: The estimated number of jobs created includes direct and indirect jobs associated with the execution and operation of the projects identified in the Website. Direct employment refers to those jobs directly linked to the projects execution, while indirect employment includes those created within the supply chain and ancillary activities. These figures may vary depending on the degree of development of the projects, their final execution and other external factors.
• Expected investment: The expected investment figure represents an estimate of the capital required for the execution and operation of the projects listed on this Website. This calculation includes projects at different stages of development, therefore it is not limited to assets that have reached a certain level of maturity or a final investment decision. Estimates are based on internal technical and economic parameters and may be subject to change depending on project progress, market conditions, or other factors.
• Similarly, regarding the number of specialists and offices, these figures reflect the organizational structure of DVP Solar Group as of the date of publication but are subject to change.
