At DVP Solar we take advantage of the use of photovoltaic technology in a most efficient way to create highly profitable projects with great benefits for society and the environment.
A WINNING GEAR
We develop projects from scratch with our own resources or establish collaboration agreements with local co-developers.
HOW WE DO IT
From it’s inception, we manage all phases of project development, from site identification up to “Ready to build”, including grid connection and obtaining administrative permits. We also secure the financing and the sale of the energy (through public tenders or private PPAs). Finally, we supervise the construction of the asset and its long-term O&M.
Land Owners
We identify the best sites and negotiate the terms of the leases.
Local co-developers
We establish alliances with local developers to enhance our project origination capacity.
Transmission and distribution network operators
We design the optimal solutions for connection to the distribution or transmission network.
Central, regional and local administrations
We manage the obtaining of all the necessary permits for the construction of the plant.
Financial institutions
We work with banks to close the best project financing conditions.
Offtakers
We negotiate long-term electricity sales contracts, either through public bidding or private PPAs.
EPC
We supervise the construction of the plant and manage the EPC contract.
